About this scholarship
Women who are residents of East Jefferson County, Washington and have completed at least one year of prior undergraduate study (excluding Running Start or similar pre-graduation coursework) may apply for the UWF Elmira K. Beyer Scholarship of $11,000. Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited four-year college, university, or graduate school.
Selection is based on academic performance, financial need, and educational and professional goals. Payment is made directly to the college after enrollment; the award is void if the recipient does not enroll by the second term of the school year.
