New Jersey residents or eligible noncitizens enrolled full time at Rowan University who complete the FAFSA may qualify for last-dollar institutional funding through the Rowan Opportunity Program.
Families with adjusted gross income from $0 to $65,000 receive $0 net tuition and mandatory fees after other aid. Families with AGI from $65,001 to $80,000 pay no more than $7,500 total for fall and spring tuition and mandatory fees. Depending on financial need, awards can cover up to full tuition.
Eligible students must enroll full-time in at least 12 credits, have fewer than 60 earned credits, and maintain satisfactory academic progress. No separate application beyond the FAFSA and any financial aid documentation Rowan requests.
