About this scholarship

Oregon residents of all ages pursuing a first associate's or bachelor's degree at an eligible Oregon public or private institution may receive Oregon's largest state-funded need-based grant. Applicants must be enrolled at least half time, demonstrate financial need, and not be in default on student loans.

Award amounts vary based on financial need and institution type. There is no separate application.

Submit the FAFSA or ORSAA as soon as possible after October 1 each year. Awards are first-come, first-served until funds are depleted.
