Oregon Community Leadership Scholarship

Current Oregon high school seniors (GED eligible) who are emerging community leaders and plan to attend an Oregon trade school, college, or university may apply for this renewable four-year need-based scholarship.

Five awards of $6,250 per year ($25,000 total per recipient) are issued each spring. Recipients receive mentorship from a board of Oregon business leaders and must maintain a 2.5 GPA and full-time enrollment to renew.

Selection weighs community involvement and leadership over academic or athletic performance. Submit the application with FAFSA Student Aid Index, a one-page essay, activity information, and two recommendation letters. Application opens each December; deadline March 31.
