About this scholarship
Oklahoma residents who were in OKDHS or tribal foster care custody at least nine months between ages 16 and 18, graduated from an accredited Oklahoma high school (or completed a GED) within the previous three years, and enroll at a public college, university, or eligible technology center may qualify.
Eligible students receive a resident tuition waiver covering the cost of resident tuition until age 26 or completion of a bachelor's degree or certificate, whichever comes first. Students remain responsible for other fees such as special course, activity, and assessment fees.
