About this scholarship
Individual artists who physically reside within Portland city limits may apply for project grants supporting community-impact arts work. Arts students and general operating support organizations are ineligible.
Grant tiers are $1,000, $4,000, or $5,000 depending on request category; awardees receive the full amount requested.
The FY26 cycle closed September 24, 2025. RACC expects the next cycle to open in fall 2026.
Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) administers the grant for Portland's Office of Arts & Culture.
