On-Ramp Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Fellowship

Early-career Indiana artists age 18 or older who complete the On-Ramp three-day Indianapolis workshop may apply for unrestricted fellowship funding to implement business training. U.S. citizenship and full-time Indiana residency through September 1, 2027 are required.

Fellowships up to $2,000 reimburse eligible expenses such as marketing, equipment, or community-engaged projects tied to the accelerator curriculum. Only workshop cohort members may apply; past On-Ramp participants are ineligible.

The workshop runs in May; fellowship applications open May 20 and close June 5 annually. Payment is split across two installments after agreement and reporting requirements are met.

The Indiana Arts Commission designed On-Ramp with Minerva Financial Arts to help creatives build portfolio careers.
