OCF Scholarships via OSAC

Oregon students including high school graduates, current college students, graduate students, returning adult learners, and career-retraining applicants may access OCF scholarships. Over 500 OCF funds are administered through the Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC) common application.

OCF awarded 3,400+ scholarships totaling $13 million in 2024. Individual award amounts vary widely by fund.

One OSAC common application opens November 1 and closes March 2 for the approaching academic year, matching applicants to OCF and other Oregon scholarships. Additional OCF-only funds use the separate MyOCF portal with the same March 2 deadline.

Oregon Community Foundation partners with OSAC to administer Oregon's largest private scholarship portfolio.
