Art Projects — Individuals

Individual artists age 18 and older who are King County, Washington residents through project completion may apply once per year. Applicants must be sole creators or project leads; fiscal sponsors are not permitted for individuals.

Grants range from $2,500 to $15,000 for publicly accessible art projects of any medium completed between July 2026 and July 2028. Equity Investment add-ons may apply for applicants outside Seattle or in Communities of Opportunity.

Applications are due March 11 at 5:00 pm PT through apply.4culture.org. Required materials include five narrative questions, a project budget, venue information, and work samples under five minutes total.
