About this scholarship
City of Kenosha and County of Racine, Wisconsin residents admitted to Carthage College may apply for Kenosha/Racine scholarships.
Twelve full-tuition awards are offered annually. Apply by December 3 with admission materials, a 250-word essay, and activities list; qualified finalists attend an on-campus competition in January.
Second-round participants complete an essay and interview with Carthage faculty and staff.
