About this scholarship

U.S. students in grades 4 through 11 at accredited K-12 schools with at least a 3.75 GPA and demonstrated community service may compete for Carson Scholars Fund awards after nomination by an educator at their school.

Scholarships are $1,000 each. Only one student per school may be nominated.

Educators must request the application; students and parents cannot apply directly. Previous winners may reapply annually for recognition.

Named Carson Scholars, winners receive an Olympic-sized medal and a trophy for their school.
