These evergreen instructions do not establish a 2027–28 first-year FAFSA deadline; confirm the intake-specific date with Student Financial Services.

Which parent files?

Dependent students include the FAFSA parent contributor whom federal rules identify and obtain required consent. Delaware does not require a separate noncustodial-parent CSS Profile for its undergraduate need-based aid; a student selected for verification should supply only the family records listed in UDSIS.
