Osgoode Hall Law School JD students in financial need who face visible or invisible obstacles such as income, mental health, racial, cultural, or gender inequalities, or physical or learning challenges may be considered.

The bursary amount varies. The endowment is matched by Osgoode through the No Barriers initiative. Apply through the Osgoode bursary application.

Tom McGrenere graduated from Osgoode in 1963, was called to the Bar in 1965, and built a distinguished Toronto practice. When he first went to law school, he could not afford his $500 fee and relied on a friend's loan to attend.
