About this scholarship
Open to a second- or third-year Osgoode Hall Law School JD student who demonstrates an interest in delivering legal services to low-income or marginalized populations in the areas of sexualized misconduct and/or domestic violence (such as through Osgoode clinics like CLASP, the Feminist Advocacy: Ending Violence Against Women Clinical Program, or Parkdale Community Legal Services), has high academic achievement (minimum B average), and demonstrates financial need.

Created to mark a milestone birthday of Susan Vella '86, a CLASP student leader who later pioneered civil liability for sexual abuse in Canada.
