About this scholarship
Undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full time (minimum 12 credits) at an accredited U.S. college with a minimum 3.0 GPA who have a documented cardiac disease or deformity may apply. U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents are eligible.
Awards range up to $6,000 per year based on donations and case severity. Scholarships may be renewed by reapplication.
Apply between July 1 and October 1. Fax one complete package to (305) 397-1917 with a physician letter, transcript, professor recommendation, and a 500 to 2,000-word personal statement. An interview may be requested.
