About this scholarship

Dependent children of eligible Saint Louis University employees (at least three years of continuous full-time service) may apply through the Tuition Exchange and FACHEX reciprocal programs for tuition assistance at participating colleges and universities. Award amounts vary by host institution and program rules.

Submit the TE EZ Application by the October 1 deadline; certification does not guarantee an award at your chosen school. Programs cover tuition at 600+ participating institutions nationwide.

What else to submit

  • Create a Tuition Exchange account and complete the 'TE EZ-Application'
  • Be certified as eligible by the student's home/sponsoring institution (employee benefit-based eligibility, not merit/essay)
  • Submit an application for admission to SLU and be admitted (incoming freshmen only; transfers not eligible)
  • Meet the February 1 priority deadline for students applying to SLU (account created and admitted by Feb 1)
  • SLU bases the award on information from the Application for Admission and the Tuition Exchange application
  • Create a Tuition Exchange account and complete the TE EZ-Application.
  • Apply for admission to Saint Louis University and be admitted; transfer students are not eligible.
  • Certification does not guarantee an award at the chosen participating institution.
