Third-year Doctor of Audiology students who are Connecticut residents or enrolled in a Connecticut audiology doctoral program may apply. One award of $1,500 is offered. Submit the online application with proof of residency or enrollment, two letters of recommendation describing clinical and academic abilities, and a transcript by May 31. The recipient must attend the Connecticut Academy of Audiology fall conference to receive the award. The scholarship recognizes a student who embodies the integrity, commitment, and professionalism of Dr. Toni Maxon.
