Open to an Osgoode Hall Law School JD student with financial need who has demonstrated proficiency in the study of real estate law and related areas.

An annual bursary from the income of an endowed memorial fund. Amount varies. Apply through the Osgoode bursary application by September 21.

Established by family, friends, and colleagues of Liane Beth Rosenbaum, Osgoode '83, who practised with McMillan Binch and later served as Director and Assistant City Solicitor with the City of Toronto Legal Department's Real Estate and Commercial Division.
