Faculty Women's Club Margaret MacKenzie Scholarship

Women students entering the University of British Columbia for the first time and registering in an undergraduate program may be considered for this $2,400 scholarship. Preference is given to a student with a demonstrated interest in hiking and cross-country skiing, and the candidate's financial circumstances are also considered.

The scholarship was endowed by the Faculty Women's Club of UBC in honour of Margaret MacKenzie, who with her husband Norman MacKenzie, President Emeritus, contributed greatly to the university's development and to the Club and university community.
