About this scholarship

For Faculty of Education students at UBC Vancouver. Bursaries of $1,900 from a gift of Carroll Howe Corkum are based on financial need, with academic and personal qualities also considered. Preference, in order, goes to male graduates of King George High School (Vancouver), female graduates of that school, then members of Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity.

Phi Gamma Delta applicants must submit a membership letter. If no suitably qualified applicant is found, awards may go to students in another field or be withheld for larger awards the next session. Apply through UBC Affiliation Bursaries.
