About this scholarship
Students enrolled in the concurrent or consecutive Bachelor of Education program at York University's Faculty of Education. Recipients must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, Ontario residents, and demonstrate financial need. Preference may go to candidates passionate about promoting literacy, teaching in elementary settings, and supporting children with special needs.
Award amount varies.

Established in memory of Dr. Brian Crawford, a Faculty of Education professor who used literature to inspire classrooms from Cambridge Bay, N.W.T., to Greater Toronto Area schools.
