AIERF Candidate for Designation Course Scholarship

Appraisal Institute Associate Members in good standing who are active in real property valuation and need financial help for Appraisal Institute courses toward state certification or MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, or AI-RRS designations may apply for the AIERF Candidate for Designation Course Scholarship.

Award amounts vary and are applied to course fees only. One scholarship is allowed per calendar year. Applications are reviewed on a rolling quarterly schedule (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1).
