Scholarships at Mount St. Joseph University

The Be the Change Transfer Student Scholarship provides nineteen thousand five hundred dollars per year to transfer students at Mount St. Joseph University pursuing a teacher licensure degree through the BE THE CHANGE program. Eligible students need at least forty-five transferable semester hours including twenty-two from a community or two-year college, a minimum 2.75 cumulative transfer GPA, and full-time enrollment toward an education licensure program. Recipients cannot also receive the MSJ Award or standard merit-based transfer scholarships. The award renews with full-time status and satisfactory progress toward the teaching license.

The Choose Ohio First cITe Scholarship provides up to eight thousand dollars per year to Ohio resident incoming students at Mount St. Joseph University who double major in Computer Science with a Social Computing concentration and another major of their choice. Award amounts depend on annual state funding. The cITe program connects students to mentoring, co-op experiences, and interdisciplinary computing coursework.
