About this scholarship
The Schmidlapp Scholarship awards five thousand dollars per year to incoming Mount St. Joseph University freshmen who reside within sixty miles of campus and demonstrate academic talent in biology, chemistry, mathematics, or computer science. Applicants must submit a separate scholarship application by January 31. The award supports students planning to major in eligible STEM fields at the Mount. Availability is limited and students are encouraged to apply early.
