About this scholarship
U.S. citizens or permanent residents with bachelor's degrees in mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, geoscience, or engineering may apply for the UTM Noyce Scholars Program stipend of $29,000. College seniors in those majors are also eligible.
The NSF-funded program supports one year of graduate study toward a master's degree and teaching license. Noyce Scholars commit to teaching mathematics or science for two years in a high-need Tennessee school district after completing the program.
