About this scholarship
High school or college students who are Tidewater, Virginia residents with a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrated financial need, and plans to attend a four-year U.S. college or university may apply for Lincoln-Lane Foundation scholarships. U.S. citizens or permanent residents only.
Forty awards of $3,000 are available, renewable up to four years.
Submit an online application with essay, parent and student tax returns, FAFSA Submission Summary, official transcript, and two academic recommendation letters by November 15. Finalists may interview January through March; decisions arrive by mid-April.
The Lincoln-Lane Foundation has supported Tidewater students pursuing four-year degrees for decades.
