Colonel Nate Smith Scholarship

Enlisted Marines, Sailors, and their dependents assigned to MCRD San Diego or the Western Recruiting Region who are high school seniors or graduates enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program may apply through the MCRD Museum Foundation.

Up to two scholarships of up to $2,000 each are awarded annually based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, community service, and future potential.

Complete the application with proof of enrollment and documentation of academic and community involvement. Recipients are notified after the deadline and recognized at an awards ceremony at MCRD San Diego when able to attend.
