Undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors enrolled in a Colorado college or university, registered for at least 10 credit hours per semester, pursuing civil engineering or a closely related field such as environmental engineering, hydrology, stormwater management, or watershed management may apply.
One scholarship of $5,000 is awarded for the academic year.

Awards provide up to $10,000 per year, renewable for up to four years with reapplication, for a maximum of $40,000. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and maintain at least a 2.7 GPA.
