About this scholarship
The Wolfspeed Scholarship at SUNY Polytechnic Institute supports students committed to collaboration, innovation, and the semiconductor industry workforce. Accepted or enrolling undergraduates in eligible STEM majors may apply for consideration based on merit and Wolfspeed values of integrity, respect, ownership, accountability, ingenuity, and passion. Benefits can include mentorship from Wolfspeed employees, networking opportunities, and special consideration for a paid summer internship. Recipients must not rule out interest in semiconductor industry careers after graduation and must meet SUNY Poly scholarship renewal requirements.
