About this scholarship
Competitive scholarship for continuing Winthrop University undergraduates seeking their first bachelor's degree. High-achieving students with a minimum 3.8 Winthrop cumulative GPA after the fall term are invited to apply to the Office of Financial Aid in late March each year. The Scholarship Committee reviews applications and makes awards for the following academic year based on academic achievement and extracurricular participation at Winthrop. This award supports students who excel after their first year on campus.
