About this scholarship
The William C. Lusk and Betty J. Lusk Scholarship supports entering JMU freshmen in the Honors College who combine strong academic credentials with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Preference is given to students admitted through the Early Action process. The scholarship renews for up to three academic years beyond the first year provided recipients remain students in good standing, maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale, and continue to meet the scholarship's need requirement each year. Selection is coordinated through the Honors College incoming-student scholarship portfolio.
