About this scholarship
The William and Dorothy Jane Wood Talent Grant recruits and retains University of Alaska Fairbanks students who show exceptional potential in the fine arts. Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Music, Art, or Theatre and Film may receive one or more awards of at least $1,000 at the selection committee's discretion. Applicants must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA, submit an application form, essay, recommendation letter, and portfolio or performance samples to the UAF Financial Aid Office by the published spring deadline.
