About this scholarship
Automatic tuition rate reduction for nonresident undergraduate students from Western Undergraduate Exchange states who enter CWU with a high school or transfer GPA of 3.8 or higher. Instead of standard nonresident tuition, eligible students pay 150% of the Washington resident rate ($15,467 for 2026-27) while enrolled full time in at least 12 credits per quarter. WUE-eligible states include Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and select U.S. territories. This award cannot be combined with Destination Central.
