The We Works New History Major Scholarship offers $700 to a declared FIU history major who has earned fewer than 75 history credits. Established in 2024 by the What If Works Theater Foundation to support academic excellence and creativity among students studying the past, the award may be disbursed as a reimbursement or stipend subject to financial aid rules. Applicants submit an unofficial transcript showing the declared major and total credits plus a 250-word statement explaining why they chose history as a major.
