About this scholarship
The Voyager Scholarship helps residents of Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania afford Cleveland State University by bringing their tuition cost in line with CSU's in-state tuition rate. Eligible students must be full-time, first-time freshmen, U.S. citizens or permanent residents with permanent residence in Michigan, New York, or Pennsylvania, and must meet all admission criteria for their selected program. Students apply through the standard CSU undergraduate admission process. Award value depends on the difference between out-of-state and in-state tuition for the student's enrollment term and is determined at admission.
