About this scholarship
The VCCS Transfer Scholarship helps Virginia Community College System transfer students offset tuition and fees at VCU. Applicants must have earned at least 45 semester credit hours at a Virginia community college and submit VCU's online transfer application by March 15 to be considered. The scholarship covers tuition and fees up to $8,000 per year, with a maximum of $4,000 per semester. A limited number of awards are available each cycle, and students who attended institutions other than Virginia community colleges are not eligible.
