The Utah Resident Transfer Merit Scholarship Tier 2 is for Utah resident transfer students with a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.50 to 3.79 who hold an earned associate degree or at least 30 completed credit hours when they apply to the University of Utah. Applicants must complete the transfer admission process by February 1 with no additional scholarship form required.
