About this scholarship
The USS Donald and Mary Ellen Passantino Students with Disabilities Scholarship, administered by the CUNY University Student Senate, recognizes one student per CUNY campus per academic year who has a disability and demonstrates outstanding scholarship, enthusiastic leadership, and service under extraordinary circumstances. The merit-based award is $1,000 and requires a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicants must be registered with their campus disability services office before applying. Current USS delegates or alternates may not apply, and applicants must be returning for the following fall semester. Eligible students receive application notifications through the To Do tab on CUNYfirst.
