About this scholarship
Need-based grant for incoming South Carolina resident freshmen at USC Columbia who graduate in the top 10 percent of a South Carolina high school class and whose family income is below $80,000. Covers regular full-time tuition, technology fee, and average program fees after all other gift aid. Requires FAFSA completion and any follow-up documentation by April 1. No separate application; Financial Aid notifies eligible students. Limited to eight semesters with continuous full-time enrollment of at least 12 hours.
