About this scholarship
Need- and merit-based academic scholarships from privately donated funds administered by the UW Office of Student Financial Aid for Seattle undergraduates who are legal Washington state residents. Approximately 600 awards are made each year to students with outstanding academic achievement and financial need; the typical award is $4,000 per year for two years. No advance application is required beyond the FAFSA or WASFA filed by February 28. Selected students may be asked for supplemental information, and awards appear in the financial aid offer under the University Scholarship-Seattle designation.
