About this scholarship
The UIL State Accounting Scholarship at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business rewards high-performing UIL State Meet accounting competitors who enroll as accounting majors. The initial award is $2,000 for the first semester, with continuing awards of $2,000 for the second, third, and fourth semesters when recipients maintain at least a 3.5 GPA and full-time enrollment. Eligible students must be one of the top six individual finishers in their UIL conference or a top-three scoring member of a first-place UIL accounting team, admitted to Texas Tech and Rawls College as an accounting major.
