About this scholarship
The UCIAA Endowed Scholarship recognizes incoming UC Irvine undergraduates who demonstrate academic excellence, community service, and leadership potential. Admitted students who submit a Statement of Intent to Register and meet GPA thresholds are invited to apply; freshmen need a minimum 3.65 unweighted GPA and transfers need a 3.65 college GPA with at least ninety transferable quarter units. The Endowed Freshman Award provides up to $10,000 over four years and the Endowed Transfer Award provides up to $5,000 over two years. Applicants may also be considered for book scholarships of $500 to $1,500. The application deadline is July 17, 2026, at 4 p.m. PDT.
