Merit scholarships offered to entering J.D. students at the University of Baltimore School of Law based on undergraduate GPA and LSAT or GRE credentials reviewed at admission. Awards are included in admission notifications and applied to law tuition only, split evenly between fall and spring semesters. Recipients who enroll can retain awards by meeting a 2.75 cumulative GPA after the first year; UBalt commits that scholarship recipients at or above the required GPA will not lose funding because of grading curves. Last entering class data showed an average award of $10,000 for Maryland residents and $24,000 for out-of-state residents.
