About this scholarship
Every admitted Berea College student receives the Tuition Promise Scholarship, which covers the full cost of tuition so that no student pays tuition charges. Berea admits academically promising students with limited financial resources and combines this guarantee with its Work College model, in which students work campus jobs to help cover books, housing, and meals. The scholarship applies to all undergraduate students enrolled at Berea and is renewed each year while the student remains enrolled and meets college requirements. Students apply for admission to Berea to be considered; there is no separate tuition scholarship application.
