The Thorn R. and Betty Chapman Eller Scholarship is an endowed fund established by Betty Chapman Eller, Class of 1945, to support Catawba College students with preference for those majoring in nursing. Eller majored in biology at Catawba and later earned a master's in public health from UNC Chapel Hill before a career in public health administration.
