About this scholarship
The A. James Clark Scholarship supports participants in the A. James Clark Scholars Program, an invitation-only cohort for exceptional incoming first-year students committed to broadening participation in engineering. Recipients receive a need-based financial aid package plus program benefits including faculty advising, leadership seminars, cohort housing, and a $5,000 annual stipend for summer research or international experience. Invitations are extended at admission, and renewal requires full-time enrollment, satisfactory academic progress, a minimum 2.8 GPA, and fulfillment of program service requirements.
