About this scholarship
The Terry Foundation Scholarship at Texas State University is a competitive full-cost-of-attendance award for exceptional Texas high school graduates with leadership ability and demonstrated financial need. Recipients receive funding up to the cost of attendance, live on campus in Cibolo Hall as part of the Terry Scholar Learning Community their first year, and must be U.S. citizens, Texas residents, and graduates of a Texas high school or equivalent. Applicants must be admitted to Texas State, complete all admission steps by December 15, file the FAFSA in October or soon after, and apply through the Bobcat Online Scholarship System with two letters of recommendation including one from a high school teacher, advisor, or principal. Renewal requires a 2.5 cumulative Texas State GPA and twelve credit hours per semester.
