About this scholarship
Need-based graduation scholarship of up to one thousand dollars for upper-level Western Michigan University undergraduates facing financial obstacles near degree completion. More than seven hundred awards are made annually to full-time students in their third, fourth, or fifth year who are in good academic standing with at least a 2.0 GPA. Eligible students are identified through financial aid and accounts receivable records after completing the FAFSA and financial literacy training, though students may also request consideration through a referral at Bronco Express. Funds apply toward tuition and fees so recipients can finish their WMU degree without pausing for unexpected expenses.
