About this scholarship
For Bachelor of Commerce students at UBC with disabilities related to neurodiversity and/or mental health. Awards totalling $1,900 have been made available through an endowment established through a fundraising campaign led by Ameera Ladak (B.Com. 2016).
The awards are made on the recommendation of the Committee on Awards for Students with Disabilities. Ameera, who is neurodivergent and open about living with mental illness during their time at UBC Sauder, created the fund to support students facing similar challenges.
