About this scholarship

The Sunshine Tuition Scholarship provides up to sixteen thousand dollars per year toward out-of-state tuition for selected non-Florida resident freshmen, up to sixty-four thousand dollars over four fall and spring semesters. Students are automatically considered when they apply for freshman admission by November 1. Awards cannot be combined with other out-of-state tuition scholarships such as those from the School of Music. If residency changes to in-state, the scholarship is cancelled. Committee selection occurs each spring with email notification by mid-March.
